The present Regulations enters into force on 19 June 2001.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Hunting Ordinance of 14 December 1988. Article 1 establishes that shot animals of certain kinds shall be marked. The text consists of 48 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Hunting permits and hunting charges (1); Protection measures for wild game (2); Hunting activity (3); Marking of shot game (4); Reward for shooting certain animals (5); Penalties (6); Final provisions (7). Six Annexes are enclosed.
