Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, establishes provisions relating to plants or plant products exported from Poland to Russian Federation. For means of transport or packaging used for plants or plant products for which a provincial inspector of plant and seed protection issues phytosanitary certificate, there should be used seals specified in art.18 point 6b of the Law on plant protection.
