This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes and defines: the projects for which it is always necessary to elaborate the environmental impact assessment, as well as projects potentially subject to the environmental impact assessment study; the rules for plants and installations or significant modifications of existing plants and installations for which the competent department must implement the impact assessment on environmental protection issues; the rules for plants and facilities at risk of accidents of large scale; concrete issues for the correct research and reporting on the environmental impact assessment on the territory of the Brcko District, autonomous part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
