The Regulation mandates the establishment of a slaughter schedule for the whole calendar year, with the exception of reindeer slaughterhouses. A slaughter schedule for reindeer shall be established for the period September – April. Game handling facilities shall submit a slaughter notification no later than three months before the first requested inspection during operating period.
