Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the conditions necessary for the correct entry into the register of phytosanitary manufacturers, processors, importers and distributors of certain plants, plant products and other regulated articles, contents and updating of the register, form and manner of application for the registration, how to obtain the authorization to issue plant passports.
