This Regulation enters into force on the day of Montenegrin accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down the phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organism campestris (all strains pathogenic to Citrus) on the territory of Montenegro during the introduction of fruits of Citrus L. other than Citrus aurantium L., Fortunella Swingle, Poncirus Raf., and their hybrids, native/originating in/from Brazil.
