This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the manner of announcing of the consignment of plants, plant products and regulated objects; the application form for inspection of consignments of plants, plant products and regulated objects; the deadline for its submission to the conditions which the importer must provide the performance of phytosanitary inspection; conditions, methods and procedures for phytosanitary inspections and other mandatory controls; concrete methods of sampling and dispatching of the samples, as well as the number and size of samples, content and size of the seal used to certify the official customs documentation, form and content of the stamp annulling the phytosanitary certificate or phytosanitary certificates for re-export; the appearance and contents of the notice of initiation of the phytosanitary measures, manner, place and procedures for phytosanitary inspection of consignments of plants, plant products and regulated objects in exports activities; the form and content of the request for the issuance of various certificates (phytocertificates); the conditions of transit and transport, storage and many other issues all regarding the phytosanitary control of plants, plant products and regulated objects in international traffic.
