Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of phytosanitary certificates for export and phytosanitary certificates for re-export (given in the Annex of this text). This text further specifies the necessary conditions for issuing such certificates, among rules on depositing signatures of involved phytosanitary inspectors, as well as details on printing and distribution of issued certificates. This Regulation adopts the provisions of the Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
