Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 26 Paragraphs and eight Annexes, establishes: the list of mushrooms permitted for turnover or production of mushroom preserves or foodstuffs including mushrooms (detailed list in Annex 1); the list of mushroom preserves permitted for turnover (detailed list in Annex 2); organs of the National Sanitary Inspection which shall decide about the rights of the mushroom classifier; the list of tasks allowed only for mushroom classifiers.
