The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of ten Paragraphs and four Annexes, establishes permitted additional substances and substances for food processing and conditions of their use. Moreover, it establishes the information that shall be shown on packages. Permitted additional substances, their technological functions and substances are specified in Annex 1. Conditions of use of permitted additional substances are specified in Annex 2. Permitted additional substances used for infant food are specified in Annex 3.
