Abstract This Regulation of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic, which is composed of 19 articles, establishes the scope and periods for performing the nuclear safety review envisaged in article 23 of the Atomic Act. The licence holder must carry out on the nuclear installation the first review not later than eight years from the date of issue of the licence.
