Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven paragraphs, establishes the level of penalty fees for: production in the enterprise which should be approved due to art. 4 point 2 of the EC Regulation No. 853/2004 but without this approval; for production in the enterprise which should be registered due to art. 4 point 1b of the EC Regulation No. 853/2004 but was not registered; for marketing of food of animal origin from the enterprise which was not approved; for marketing of food of animal origin from the enterprise which was not registered; for not fulfilling requirements specified in the EC Regulation No. 852/2004.
