This Regulation enters into force 21 November 1992.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes penalties for illegal fishing during the open season for all listed fish species in Art. 1 and also for the legal minimum size of fish listed in the article 2. During the closed season, the amount to be paid will be double (art. 3). The text establishes fixed amount to be paid for the use of explosives (art. 4).
