Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven paragraphs, lays down detailed conditions of penalties based on continuous measurement of emissions and ways of establishing offences concerning introduction of gas and dust into the air. In particular, these provisions relate to emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitric oxide, nitric dioxide, organic substances in the form of gas or vapor, gas and dust from waste incineration.
