Abstract

The REgulation, which consists of 27 articles, regulates provisions on pearling at Iran’s harbours in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman. The government determines the time allowed for pearling. Each crew will receive its quota after sale of the pearls. The vessel Captain should prepare a list of exact numbers of pearls and the price they have been sold.
