This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines certain food safety provisions governing the panel (group of selected and trained organoleptic evaluators) authorization process for organoleptic analysis of virgin olive oils, including the methods for keeping the related registers and other authorization procedures.
