Abstract

This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 20 Paragraphs, establishes: methods of organization to prevent hazards and pollution in Polish sea areas; organizational units cooperating with Marine Lifeboat Service in preventing hazards at sea, called SAR Service; the unit which shall draw up a plan of prevention of hazards and pollution of the marine environment; tasks and rights of the SAR Service in organizing and coordinating preventing hazards and pollution at sea; provisions and methods of making available information about readiness to prevent hazards and pollution of marine environment, within international cooperation.
