Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine articles and one Annex, lays down scope of information concerning the forms of nature, referred to in art. 6 par. 1 point 1-9 of the Nature Conservation Act, gathered in the central registry of forms of nature protection. The present Regulation establishes also technical standards for the creation of registry and manner of updating the registry and making available data contained in the registry. The information included in the registry are specified individually for: national park, nature reserve, landscaped park, area of protected landscape, Natura 2000 area, naural monument, documentary position, ecological use, and nature and landscape group. The Annex provides technical guidelines relating to the database of forms of nature protection.
