Abstract This Regulation defines the manner for keeping electronic records from the oil mining in the register of exploration areas, the register of exploitation fields, the register of permits for research for the purpose of permanent disposal of carbon dioxide in underground storages, the register of permits for the permanent disposal of carbon dioxide in underground storages, the register of closed underground storages and surrounding storage complexes, the register of contracts on exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, contracts on the exploitation of geothermal waters and contracts on underground gas storage, and the introduction of a joint IT platform. Data on all approved exploration areas and data on all oil and mining facilities and installations located within the approved exploration area shall be entered in the register of exploration areas.
