This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the general rules on the implementation of official controls in order to verify the necessary compliance with the regulations aimed to prevent, eliminate or reduce the level of risk for humans and animals to an acceptable level, either directly or through the environment; to ensure compliance with good trade relations in the field of food and feed safety and protection of consumers' interests, including labelling of food and feed, as well as other types of information for consumers (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
