This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines several general rules and principles for the implementation of official controls, here described as any form of control which is carried out by the competent authorities for the purpose of verification of compliance with the regulations on food and feed for animals and rules on the health and welfare of animals.
