Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 15 paragraphs, regulates the procedure of official control of food by organs of the National Sanitary Inspection. National sanitary inspectors shall specify the control programme, particularly as regards the type, scope and frequency of the control and the schedule of activities with cooperation with organs of the Veterinary Inspection.
