Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 14 articles and one Annex, establishes: (1) place and type of official controls of feed imports of non-animal origin, prior notification of consignments of feed of non-animal origin and obligations of activities related to imports of feed of non-animal origin; (2) conditions of imports of feed of non-animal origin in accordance with the art. 6 of the Commission Directive 98/51/EC laying down certain measures for implementing Council Directive 95/69/EC laying down the conditions and arrangements for approving and registering certain establishments and intermediaries operating in the animal feed sector; (3) contents of the document accompanying the consignment of feed of non-animal origin. These provisions do not affect the liability of legal persons and natural persons arising from customs regulations. The importation is possible through all the border crossings for consignment of feed of non-animal origin for which the entry point and place of importation is the Republic of Slovenia.
