This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines all necessary issues regarding the foods enriched with nutrients (such as vitamins, minerals and other as listed). These provisions are also aimed for foodstuff intended for special dietary use, but only if not previously regulated and classified as such by other and more specific national legislation.
