The Regulation entered into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Health is composed of seven Sections and six Annexes. The Sections are: General provisions (sect. 1); Criteria of evaluation and qualification of natural mineral water (sect. 2); Requirements and evaluation and qualification of natural spring waters (sect. 3); Requirements for table waters (sect. 4); Requirements for extraction and introducing into turnover of natural mineral waters and natural spring waters (sect. 5); Labelling of natural mineral waters (sect. 6); Final and transitional provisions (sect. 7). The provisions apply also to water imported to Poland from non-member countries of the European Union.
