Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Health is composed of seven Sections and six Annexes. The Sections are: General provisions (sect. 1); Criteria of evaluation and qualification of natural mineral water (sect. 2); Requirements and evaluation and qualification of natural spring waters (sect. 3); Requirements for table waters (sect. 4); Requirements for extraction and introducing into turnover of natural mineral waters and natural spring waters (sect. 5); Labelling of natural mineral waters (sect. 6); Final and transitional provisions (sect. 7). The provisions apply also to water imported to Poland from non-member countries of the European Union.
