This Regulation entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes various requirements that must be met by natural mineral, natural spring and table waters when used, treated and placed on the market, including the recognition procedure to be carried out before the placing of natural mineral and natural spring water on the market and the procedure for approving the application of permitted technological procedures for the treatment of natural mineral and natural spring water on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
