Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes the national referential laboratories acting as national referential laboratories specified in art.33 point 1 of the Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules. The national referential laboratories competent at recognition of infectious diseases of animals and zoonotic diseases are specified in Annex 1. The national referential laboratories competent at testing products of animal origin or feedstuffs are specified in Annex 2.
