Abstract

This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of nine articles and three Annexes, establishes measures for achieving and reporting on the achievement of these indicators that limit the emissions of ambient air pollutants which cause acidification, soil eutrophication and ground-level ozone. The aim of this Regulation is to limit emissions of acidifying and eutrophying pollutants and ozone precursors in order to improve the protection of the environment and human health against risks of adverse effects arising out of acidification, soil europhication and ground-level ozone. The Regulation is divided into three Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Limits of pollutant emissions (Sec. 2); Final provision (Sec. 3).
