Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 17 paragraphs and eight Annexes, establishes: (1) the list of mushrooms authorized for marketing or production of mushroom preserves and foodstuffs containing mushrooms (detailed list in Annex 1); (2) the list of mushroom preserves authorized for marketing and disqualifying features (detailed list in Annex 2); (3) conditions of buying, storage and sale of mushrooms, and technological requirements and conditions of processing; (4) forms of certificates for fresh and dried mushrooms (Annex 3 and 4); (5) conditions of obtaining authorizations for mushroom classifiers (Annex 5 and 6); (6) national provincial sanitary inspector competent for authorization of mushrooms classifiers; (7) forms of certificates of mushroom classifiers (Annex 7 and 8).
