This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation officially defines the national multi-annual control plan for the supervision over the food circulation, veterinary health and health care of plants, including the rules defining the functions assigned to the Food and Veterinary State Inspectorate, and to the Agriculture and Phytosanitary Administration (control measures implemented in supervision of trade with food, animals and plants for the period 2012-2016 in order to implement a high level of food safety).
