This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the minimum sanitary and food safety issues through the implementation of rules regarding the technical, technological and professional/educational requirements to be observed, fulfilled and respected by all food facilities/processing plants engaged in processing and production of fruits and vegetables, present on the federal territory of the FBIH.
