Abstract

This Regulation determines the conditions that must be fulfilled by all facilities or plants engaged in the production of biscuits and products similar or related to biscuits. Rules here provided are also regarding the necessary sanitary-technical rules; classification of food products here considered; space; equipment and professional staff (qualification and necessary education). This text further defines the content, form and manner for keeping the register of biscuit and similar products manufacturers, including the procedure for making decisions on registration of such production facilities on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
