Abstract

This Regulation determines the conditions that must be met by electric powered grain processing mills in terms of space, equipment and professional staff, as well as the content, form and manner of keeping the register of mill product manufacturers. Mills are economic entities that are registered and that operate as companies (or natural persons), engaged in activities in which the process of selective shredding and sorting is carried out for wheat, rye, oats, corn and other cereals into mill products for human consumption and further processing.
