This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby defines the rules and conditions to be observed (such as technical, technological, equipment and human resource/education requirements) by all legal entities dealing inside their facilities with the production of cocoa, chocolate products, products that are like chocolate, cream products and other related confectionery containing and/or deriving from cocoa as substance (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
