Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on wine (Republic of Srpska), determines the minimum technical, technological and personnel conditions for the production of wine, which are referred to professional staff, facilities, premises, equipment, devices for wine production. This text further sets the rules as regards the content and application form for registration of engaged wine production. Producer engaged in the production of wine is obliged to meet the requirements related to: 1) appropriate facility or facilities and premises for reception and processing of grapes, production, care and storage of wine and other grape and wine products;; 2) appropriate equipment and devices; 3) appropriate professional staff.
