Abstract

This Regulation determines the minimum technical requirements and sets necessary qualifications and related rules for human resources that must be met by all legal entities engaged in forestry works and activities such as felling and harvesting. The legal entity engaged in the execution of forestry works as for activities of felling and harvesting, should have specific minimum technical requirements as specified in article 2; human resource rules are laid in article 3.
