This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the standards and necessary requirements for the correct classification of mineral (inorganic) fertilizers, quality requirements for fertilizers, the data contained in the declaration of fertilizers, tolerances on the declared nutrient contents, marking, packaging, storage and handling of fertilizers and the methods for sampling, and methods for determining the quality and control quality of mineral fertilizers.
