This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the rules to be observed when determining the microbiological criteria for foodstuffs, criteria for certain micro-organisms in food, as well as rules that business operators in food production/processing sector must observe when implementing the general and/or specific food hygiene requirements.
