Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Veterinary Law (Republika Srpska), determines the microbiological criteria for certain microorganisms and sets rules that food business operators must meet in terms of application of general and specific hygiene measures based on a risk analysis of critical control points (HACCP principles). This text also indicates inspection provisions on term sof applied standards and additional related procedures. These rules shall apply without prejudice to other specific controls on micro-organisms under different of special legislation.
