This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the following procedure: a) sort of preliminary production areas of live bivalve molluscs, live echinoderms, live tunicates and live marine gastropods in microbiology classes; b) state veterinary inspector, a person authorized for the sampling of shellfish and official laboratories in the case of microbiological contamination and pollution with biotoxins in the areas of relaying and production areas for cultivation and harvesting shellfish.
