Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour is composed of eight paragraphs and two Annexes. Labels indicating the presence of substances depleting the ozone layer, the chemical name or symbol of the substance concerned shall be used on containers. Annex 1 lays down the form for marking containers with controlled substances. Annex 2 specifies the form of marking products, equipment or installations containing controlled substances.
