Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight Paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes methods of analysis of chicken eggs. In particular, visual evaluation during overexposing is considerated as appropriated to evaluate the following: shape and damage of the eggshell; height, stability and colour of the air chamber; appearance of white and yolk; presence of foreign bodies; visibility of the embryo shield.
