Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Agriculture Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia 54/2000-58/2002), specifies the necessary methods for determining: mass proportion of lean meat, excluding offal and fat, which is determined according to the methods from Annex 1, which is an integral part of this publication; proportion of meat or slaughter products of any kind, including fat of any kind, in prepared or preserved meat or meat waste, expressed as a percentage by weight, which is determined using the methods from Annex 2.
