Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Agriculture Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia 54/2000-58/2002), specifies the necessary methods for determining: mass proportion of lean meat, excluding offal and fat, which is determined according to the methods from Annex 1, which is an integral part of this publication; proportion of meat or slaughter products of any kind, including fat of any kind, in prepared or preserved meat or meat waste, expressed as a percentage by weight, which is determined using the methods from Annex 2. These methods shall be used to determine the amount of support for the preparation of agricultural products and foodstuffs for the foreign market.
