This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides the necessary manner and official deadlines for direct supervision of sources of ionizing radiation, the correct way of measuring the personal dose (workers and patients that are exposed to ionizing radiation), mandatory content of monitoring reports and measurements, and the conduct and scheduling information as necessary records and reporting process to the competent authorities.
