Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six Paragraphs, establishes that the official control of foodstuffs of animal origin shall include: control of the sanitary state of the enterprise; taking and examination of samples; control of personnel hygiene; control of documentation; control of the internal systems of sanitary quality control; control of HACCP system. The enterprise shall be controlled according to the schedule prepared by the Veterinary Inspection organ or in case of suspicion of inappropriate sanitary quality.
