Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 14 paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes that medical fodders may be produced only in a separate part of the establishment. Special places must be dedicated for crumbling of raw material, mixing raw material, packing medical fodders into single packages, storage of fodders, cleaning and disinfection of transportation and transport containers. The producer shall control the quality of production and meet hygienic conditions. Medical fodders may be introduced into turnover only on then basis of the order of veterinarian. The form of the order is specified in Annex 1. The receiver of the fodder may request a special certificate for each batch of fodder. The form of this document is specified in Annex 2.
