Abstract This Regulation lays down rules for the financing of measures aimed to remedy the market disturbances in the wine sector due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This text also implements several European Union legislative documents as listed in article 1. The measures referred to in this Regulation shall be financed from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund allocated to the Republic of Slovenia in accordance with Annex VI to Regulation 1308/2013/EU. Appropriations for measures under this Regulation shall be allocated on the basis of this Regulation and shall be paid by 15 October 2020 (see article 4). Article 5 determines the beneficiaries; article 6 lays down the necessary conditions for obtaining the support. Article 8 sets out the procedure for obtaining of these funds.
