This Regulation enters into force on the day of its adoption.
Abstract

This Regulation provides the following: rules to be implemented and applied in order to prevent the spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza (from birds living in the wild or from outbreaks in poultry or costly captive birds) on dear birds kept in captivity in zoos and approved bodies, institutes or centers; and rules for the preventive vaccination of other captive birds in zoos and approved bodies, institutes or centers on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
