This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines that the packaging materials originating/deriving from China, can be introduced on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro only upon phyto-sanitary border inspection and the release of the necessary certification.
