Abstract This Regulation provides all necessary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of pathogen spindle potato tubers (Potato spindle tuber viroid), classified as harmful organism, including the requirements that must be met at import transport/transfer of certain plants and the manner of conducting special surveillance and reporting over the presence of this harmful organism on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
